Training Corner

Training Corner is a program for animal trainers to help manage all aspects of the training experience.

It supports people who train a single species as well as people who train multiple species.
It supports classes of all sizes, from one-on-one consulting sessions to large classes for multiple animals.
It contains a lesson-planning component, the ability to both create and to distribute homework assignments, and a rubric-based performance assessment system.
It was built in consultation with an advisory group of animal trainers to assume maximal relevance in the real world.

Features provides an overview of the program and what it can do.
Classes Tab allows you to create, modify and work with classes. In Training Corner, a class could be a one-time, one-on-one encounter with an animal and its handler or a large, multi-session training class, or anything inbetween.
Exercises Tab is where you create and refine the exercises your want teams to perform (both in class and at home).
Teams Tab is where you define and manage the treams who participate in your classes. In Training Corner, a team consists of one animal and either one or two handlers.
More Tab provides on-line information about the program and allows you to refine and manage saved responses (used throughout the program). To reduce the amount of typing needed to add information into Training Corner, the program saves responses you make so that you can reuse them by selecting a response from a menu (instead of retyping it).

Training Corner is available for iPhone (iOS 17 or later), iPad (iPadOS 17 and later) and Macintosh (macOS 14 or later) in the Apple App Store.

Training Corner is a free app, contains no in-app ads and has neither in-app purchases nor subscriptions.
