Cook’s Memory contains references to these recipes; the actual recipes themselves are available on this site in case you want to try them out.
They are old family recipes; if there is any provenance associated with them, we don’t know what it is. As far as we know, there are no copyrights or other restrictions involved with using them.

This is a tomato-based beef stroganoff, a nice change from the more traditional varieties. - Eddie's Corn Bread
